Turkish, Japanese space agencies sign cooperation deal

The Turkish Space Agency (TUA) and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) signed a cooperation agreement on Oct. 27.

According to a press release by the TUA, the agreement was signed on cooperation for peaceful purposes by the presidents of the two agencies during the ongoing International Astronautical Congress in Dubai.

Turkey’s biggest aero event set to kick off

Teknofest, Turkey's largest aerospace and technology gathering and the world's second-biggest aviation event, will kick off tomorrow in Istanbul.

The five-day festival, jointly organized by the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3) and the Industry and Technology Ministry, is going to last until Sept. 26 in Istanbul's Atatürk Airport.

Russia will explore the Moon with the help of robots with artificial intelligence, the Roscosmos federal space agency said.

"The involvement of a person in this program is harmoniously combined with the use of automated spacecraft and robot with elements of artificial intelligence," said the press service of the corporation.
