The government has adopted a decision to provide a substantial sum, amounting to BGN 723 030, through international development cooperation and humanitarian crisis resolution. The funds are granted as official development assistance, which is a commitment of our country as a member state of the European Union.

A total of 55 projects worth 1.78 billion euros have been contracted as a result of the 2016 EU-Turkey migrant deal, in which Brussels promised to speed up the allocation of three billion euros of migrant aid to the country.
