Swiss voters rejected Sunday the introduction of a EUR 3300 worth minimum wage, which would have been the world's highest.
Some 76 percent declared themselves against the minimum CHF 22 (EUR 18) an hour that workers in one of the richest countries could receive under the proposal which was put forward on a referendum, according to the Swiss daily Neue Zuercher Zeitung.

Switzerland is holding a referendum on introducing a minimum wage of EUR 3300, or EUR 18 per hour, the highest minimum wage in the world.
The minimum wage proposal is initiated by trade unions and left-wing parties.
US Donates 2 Drones to Bulgaria
The United States government has donated two unmanned aerial vehicles "RQ-11 Raven" to the Bulgarian Army.
The total price of the drones amounts to USD 3 M, the daily Trud reported. Their primary purpose is for surveillance, but a weapon can also be mounted on them.
