Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan called his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to discuss Syria on Dec. 25, the Kremlin said in a statement, Reuters has reported.

ASTANA - Mayor of Belgrade Sinisa Mali and Mayor of Astana Asset Issekeshev on Tuesday signed a protocol of intentions between the City of Belgrade and the Akimat of Astana City on further development of international and inter-regional economic ties, confirming that they will develop trade, economic, technical, social and cultural cooperation.

Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic on Monday arrived in Kazakhstan's capital Astana, where he will be heading a Serbian state and business delegation until Wednesday.

Vucic was welcomed at the Astana airport by Minister of National Economy Kuandik Bishimbayev.
