Turkish firm gives air cleaners to hospitals over virus
Turkish construction firm Gap Insaat, a subsidiary of the conglomerate Çalık Holding, supports the country's fight against the novel coronavirus pandemic by donating air purifiers to hospitals, the company said on April 20.

Turkish company's lira bond issuance oversubscribed
Çalık Enerji, a Çalık Holding-Mitsubishi Corporation partnership, said Feb. 6 it increased its bond issuance amount initially set at 100 million Turkish Liras to 150 million liras due to strong demand.
The proceeds from the issuance, placed by ÜNLÜ & Co, will be used for the financing of the company's energy investments, the company said in a statement.
5th Turkey Innovation Week starts in Istanbul
The 5th Turkey Innovation Week, during which dozens of innovation gurus from 10 different countries in various disciplines will meet, started on Dec. 8 in Istanbul.
The three-day event is organized by the Turkish Exporters' Assembly (TİM) in a bid to support innovative ideas and works to strengthen sustainable development under the coordination of the Economy Ministry.
