Coca-Cola launched its first ever alcoholic drink on May 28 in Japan -- a fizzy, lemon-flavored concoction laced with spirits that seeks to capitalize on the growing popularity of "chuhai" alcopops enjoyed especially by young women.

The Coca-Cola beverage company is set to launch its own brand of alcopop drinks in Japan. It will be the first alcoholic drink produced by the company in its 125-year history.
