Ancient Lydian necklace returns to Türkiye from US museum
A 2,700-year-old necklace, recovered from the Bintepeler archaeological site in Manisa and smuggled from Türkiye to the United States, has been returned.
The ancient artifact considered a significant piece of Lydian art had been illegally taken decades ago and held in the Boston Museum of Fine Arts in Massachusetts.

British Museum seeks help recovering missing treasures
A Hellenistic plasma intaglio, engraved with a young warrior seated on a rock (323-31 BC), is among the items stolen from the British Museum. The museum has launched a public hotline asking for help to locate some 2,000 missing artifacts, revealing they were mostly ancient Greek and Roman gems and jewelry.

Ancient artifacts to return home from Switzerland
