Russia: Moscow deports two journalists of the German public television ARD
Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today that it will expel a correspondent and a cameraman from German public television ARD in response to similar moves by the German government against the Russian television network Channel One.

Angela Merkel Decision's is Firm - She Will Not Stand for Re-Election
German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Thursday (Jun 4) she is "absolutely not" planning to stand for re-election to a fifth term despite her overwhelming popularity.
"No, absolutely not," Merkel told reporters from public broadcaster ZDF, saying her decision was "very firm".
Merkel makes precedent after 14 years
Referring to government sources, national broadcaster ARD said, Merkel in a pre-recorded statement wanted to inform the Germans where the country was and remind them what they could do to help slow the spread of the disease, Reuters said.
