Treasury bills to be auctioned Wednesday
Greece will auction a 26-week treasury bills issue next Wednesday, February 21, seeking to raise 625 million euros from the market.
In an announcement on Friday, the Public Debt Management Authority (PDMA) said settlement date of the issue will be Friday, February 23, and the auction will be made with the primary dealers of the market.

The Public Debt Management Agency will auction 26-week treasury bills on Wednesday.
They will be in book entry form, with a maturity date of July 26, 2024.
The amount to be auctioned is 625 million euros and the settlement date is this Friday.

Seized assets from criminal activities to go under the hammer
The state will auction off any movable assets worth more than 300,000 euros, such as works of art, boats, vehicles etc, which come from criminal activities and are seized in the context of criminal proceedings.
Greece holds successful bond reopening
Greece on Wednesday successfully auctioned the reopening of a five-year bond at a significantly lower cost.
The Public Debt Management Authority (PDMA) auction attracted bids of 1.086 billion euros, significantly higher than the requested sum of €250 million, and the yield of the issue was set at 2.72%.

Boots, Banksy, piano: Elton John puts items up for auction
Music icon Elton John has put a variety of personal items up for auction at Christie's in New York, including monogrammed silver leather platform boots, a grand piano and a triptych by street artist Banksy.
Most of the items come from John's former home in Atlanta, a condo on Peachtree Road that was recently sold, the auction house said on Jan. 11.
Greece raises €812.5 million in T-bill auction
Greece on Wednesday successfully carried out a three-month treasury bill auction at a slightly lower cost.
The interest rate of the issue was set at 3.84%, down from the 3.88% of the previous auction in November.
The Public Debt Management Authority raised 812.5 million euros from the market, up from the asked sum of €625 million.
Bids totaled €1.045 billion.
