Lawyers object to return of indictment against public servants to prosecutor in Dink case
Lawyers of the victim have reacted against the authorities' decision to return the indictment involving suspected public servants in the January 2007 murder of prominent Turkish-Armenian journalistHrant Dink to the prosecutor in charge of the investigation. The return means that cases will likely not be opened against the suspects.

Turkey seeks red notice for two ex-prosecutors on the run
The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in Istanbul's Bak?rköy district asked the Justice Ministry on Aug. 19 to request Interpol issue a red notice to arrest two former prosecutors wanted for attempting to overthrow the government.
Indictments accepted against massive graft probes' judge and prosecutors
The Bak?rköy 16th Court of Serious crimes has accepted an indictment against prosecutors Celal Kara and Muammer Akka?, who oversaw two massive corruption probes, on charges of ?malpractice,? along with an indictment of ?negligence? against judge Süleyman Karaçöl, who presided over one of the probe cases.
