Kremlin blasts 'monstrous' strike on bakery in occupied Ukraine
The Kremlin yesterday blasted a Ukrainian strike on a bakery in the occupied eastern Ukrainian city of Lysychansk, which officials say killed at least 28 people including a child on Feb. 3.
The strike came almost two years into Russia's grinding offensive in Ukraine, where the frontline has barely moved in months, but attacks have intensified this winter.

In a video address at night, Zelensky said that this was stated in the report of the Ukrainian Military Intelligence Service (GUR).
"The plans of the enemy, the work of the Russian military industry - there are indications that there is a slowdown. We will continue to support their slowdown," Zelensky said.

Ukraine accuses Russia of killing surrendering soldiers
Kiev accused Russia on Saturday of committing a war crime by executing Ukrainian soldiers who had signalled their intention to surrender.
