The Anatolian Opera and Ballet Festival is set to debut on Dec. 7 in the southeastern Anatolian province of Şırnak, Tan Sağtürk, the director general and artistic director of the State Opera and Ballet (DOB), has announced.

The world premiere of "Blind Forgiveness" will take the stage at Athens' Pallas Theater (5 Voukourestiou). Presented by the Astana Ballet Theater and Symphony Orchestra, with French-American actor Christopher Lambert, this rock ballet blends classical and modern choreography. The 12-scene production delves into the complexities of human emotions, offering a fresh take on ballet.

Organized by the General Directorate of State Opera and Ballet, the Bodrum Ballet Festival, Türkiye's first and only ballet festival, is meeting art lovers for the 21st time.
