58 dead after boat capsizes in Central Africa
At least 58 people going to a funeral died after their overloaded river boat capsized in the Central African Republic's capital Bangui, the head of civil protection said on Saturday.
"We were able to extract 58 lifeless bodies," Thomas Djimasse told Radio Guira. "We don't know the total number of people who are underwater.

More than 42 People Died in a Landslide in Cameroon
At least 42 people have died in a landslide caused by heavy rainfall in Western Cameroon, local authorities said today, cited by the France Press.
There are reports of dozens more buried beneath the masses following last night's landslide in the western province of Bafoussam, where a rescue operation is underway, province governor Fonka Awa Augustine said.
