At a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, Russian President Vladimir Putin did not discuss the handover of missiles with nuclear weapons to Minsk.
These are systems that are technically capable of carrying various types of weapons, said the spokesman of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov.

At a bilateral meeting with President Lukashenko, it was concluded that relations between Serbia and Belarus are friendly and that there are no outstanding issues, the Serbian government announced in a press release.
Lukashenko decorates Nikolic
MINSK - Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic on Thursday received from Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko a state award of the Republic of Belarus - the Order of Friendship of Nations.
Nikolic and Lukashenko - who had invited Nikolic to a working visit to Belarus - also held a bilateral meeting.

Nikolic receives Order of Friendship of Nations
Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic on Thursday in Minsk received a Belarus state decoration - the Order of Friendship of Nations.
Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko presented the honor to Nikolic. The two presidents also held a bilateral meeting.
