A possible third Russian suspect linked to the poisoning of a former spy in Salisbury flew back to Moscow via a European city a few days after the attack, an investigative website has claimed.

Investigative websites claim to have uncovered the identity of one of two Russian military agents allegedly involved in the failed Montenegro coup attempt in October 2016.

A joint investigation between Bellingcat and a Russian outlet The Insider has identified a second Russian intelligence GRU officer involved in the 2016 Montenegro coup as Vladimir Nikolaevich Moiseev.

The chief suspects behind the Salisbury poisonings and the organisers of an alleged coup in Montenegro in 2016 may have had close links, according to the British conservative Daily Telegraph newspaper, citing a Bellingcat investigation.
