New Turkish series on Netflix, 'The Gift' (Atiye), launches Dec 27, lead actress Beren Saat announced Dec. 17

Göbeklitepe, the world's oldest temple in the southeastern province of Şanlıurfa, will be the center of the new Netflix series "The Gift" (Atiye), the mystery drama's star actress Beren Saat told reporters on Dec. 17. 

Netflix, the world's leading internet entertainment service, has announced on its social media account that its second original Turkish series is on the way. The series will star actress Beren Saat. 

A new book by Lord of the Rings author JRR Tolkien is going on sale – 100 years after it was first conceived.
Beren and Lúthien has been described as a “very personal story” that the Oxford professor thought up after returning from the WWI Battle of the Somme.
It was edited by his son Christopher Tolkien and contains versions of a tale that became part of The Silmarillion.
