World’s most monstrous bodybuilder dies of heart attack at 36 – Consumed 16,500 calories daily
Illia “Golem” Yefimchyk, widely regarded as the world’s most terrifying bodybuilder, has passed away at the age of 36 from a heart attack. The Belarusian bodybuilder, who was known as “The Alien” in the bodybuilding world due to his massive physique, claimed to have biceps measuring 63.5 cm in diameter.
