Turkish aviation firm TAI, Boeing ink deal
United States aerospace giant Boeing and Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) signed an agreement on elevator production for the 737 MAX aircraft on May 22 in Kahramankazan, a district in the capital Ankara.

Indian airline Jet Airways has entered an agreement to buy 75 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft in a deal that could be worth more than $7 billion.
Two Planes Collided at the Airport in Toronto
Two aircraft collided Friday at the largest Canadian Toronto Pearson Airport, luckily no one was injured, bTV reported.
West Jet Aircraft company announced on Twitter that its Boeing 737-800, arriving from Cancun, Mexico, was cut into the Sunship's landing plane. Aboard the West Jet Line were 168 people who evacuated.

Turkey's TAI says signs $292 million deal with Spirit Aero
The Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) has announced the signing of a $292 million production deal with aircraft parts maker Spirit AeroSystems Holdings Inc.
TAI said in the May 26 statement that the deal was an extension until 2023 of its existing agreement to produce Boeing 737 MAX and LTA parts for Spirit Aero.
China's first large passenger jet prepares for its maiden flight
The C919, regarded as China's answer to the Boeing 737 and Airbus 320, is expected to make its maiden flight on May 5, according to the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC). It is China's first domestically-built large passenger jet.
The plane will take off from Shanghai's Pudong International Airport.

Czech AirWings announces 2 more flights to Mykonos and Santorini
Czech airline SmartWings announced it would include an additional two flights to the Greek islands of Mykonos and Santorini for the summer season of 2017. The two new routes will be Prague – Mykonos, starting from June 9 till October 3 every 10-11 days; and, Prague – Santorini from June 2 till October 6 every 10-11 days. The planes used will be either the Boeing 737-800 or the Airbus A320.
