Orient Express in Istanbul after three-year hiatus
Europe's first cross-continental train, the Orient Express shuttling between Paris and Istanbul has arrived in Türkiye after a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic.
The train departing from Paris visited Budapest, Bucharest, Varna and the northwestern Turkish province of Edirne before arriving in Istanbul.

Vandals Attacked a Train with Stones, a Young Man was Injured
A man suffered from a stone thrown at a train, announced BDZ. On Sunday evening around 21:50, the fast train from Blagoevgrad to Sofia was attacked with stones by unknown people in the area between Gorna Bania Station and Zaharna Fabrika.
As a result of the vandalism, a young man who had traveled on the train was injured.

Temporary Changes in the Timetable of the Trains Between Sofia and Pernik
From November 6 to December 9, temporary changes will be introduced in the movement of all trains that travel in the section between Sofia and Pernik. This is due to repair works on the railway, which will take place in the section between the ''Metal'' stop and ''Dragichevo'' station, BDZ announced.
New connections introduced on express train from Istanbul to Sofia
The Turkish State Railways (TCDD) introduced on June 2 connections to Belgrade and Bucharest on the Istanbul-Sofia Express, which was launched on Feb. 20.
According to the announcement on the TCDD website, the express train between Istanbul and the Bulgarian capital Sofia started making stops in the Romanian capital Bucharest on June 2.
Greek Strike Diverts Routes of Two Trains Moving Between Sofia and Thessaloniki
In relation to the announced three-day strike (May 30, May 31, and June 1) in Greece, the routes of two trains travelling between Bulgaria and Greece will be temporarily changed.
These will be the morning fast train from Thessaloniki to Sofia, as well as the afternoon fast train from Sofia to Thessaloniki, the press centre of Bulgarian State Railways BDZ announced.
Istanbul-Sofia express starts journeys
Turkey's Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communication Minister Ahmet Arslan has announced that a new train line between Istanbul and Bulgaria's capital Sofia will start its journeys on Feb. 20, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.
