Arab delegation visits Alexandroupoli FSRU with eye on LNG sales
A delegation of ambassadors and charges-de-camp from Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia visited the liquefied natural gas terminal at Alexandroupoli - a floating regasification and storage unit, or FSRU - last week.

Gas storage capacity to hit 11 bln cubic meters by 2023
Turkey's natural gas storage capacity will be increased from 4.7 billion cubic meters to 11 billion cubic meters by 2023, Energy and Natural Resources Minister Fatih Dönmez told parliament members on Dec. 7.

Turkey’s first publicly owned FSRU project inaugurated
With 110 million cubic meters of storage and 28 million cubic meters of gasification capacity, Turkey's first publicly owned floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage and gasification vessel (FSRU) will add significant flexibility to Turkey's energy supply chain security, according to Energy and Natural Resources Minister Fatih Dönmez.
Firms including MOL, Osaka, Gaslog, chosen in Cyprus FSRU LNG tender
Three joint ventures have been selected by Cyprus in the first stage of a tender to provide a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) to import liquefied natural gas (LNG).
The first joint venture is led by China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering, Natural Gas Public Company of Cyprus (DEFA) said on its website.
