Data on the Burnout Syndrome Will Be Presented in Bulgaria

The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce will present data on  the "occupational burnout" syndrome and on the state of health of employees, their motivation, efficiency and achievements in the workplace in Bulgaria.

Experts will look for possible Burnout Syndrome solutions that will lead to higher business growth.

So many people seem to have reached breaking point, slammed physically and mentally by exhaustion. The pressure on the people of a country that is bankrupt on so many different levels is calculable in megatons; more so because whatever light may be shimmering at the end of the tunnel is constantly being blocked out by toxic and torpid forces.

Survey shows 41.7 percent of Thessaloniki doctors suffering burnout

A survey of Thessaloniki doctors has found that 41.7 percent are suffering from burnout.

The signs of exhaustion are more common among female doctors, with 63.6 percent appearing to be suffering from burnout against 36.4 percent of males.

The study was carried out by research at the Aristotle University’s Faculty of Health Sciences.
