Tirana Vows to Tell Serbia to Respect Albanian Rights
Albanian Foreign Minister Ditmir Bushati said in a meeting in Tirana with representatives of the Albanian community in Serbia that his country will demand that Serbia respects their rights.
Same rights for Albanians in Serbia as for Serbs in Kosovo
In a meeting held on Thursday, Bushati told them that the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina should be concluded with an agreement on mutual recognition and comprehensive normalization of relations between Serbia and Kosovo, Albanian news agency ATA reported.

Officials in Albania have hailed the agreement between bordering Greece and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia to end their decades-long name dispute as good for the whole Western Balkans region.

Foreign ministers meet for four-way talks in Thessaloniki

Skopje and Tirana boycott conference that excluded Pristina
UNMIK's Media Observer is reporting this on Friday, citing Pristina-based Albanian language newspaper Koha.
The conference is set to take place in Banja Luka, Bosnia-Herzegovina, the report continued - and Tirana and Skopje are boycotting it "because of exclusion of Kosovo from the event."
