A recent scientific study just proved something that viewers of many news outlets suspected for years: Journalists’ brains function at a lower level than the rest of the population.
Turkey bans energy drink sales for under-18s
The Turkish Food, Agriculture and Livestock Ministry has banned the sale of energy drinks for those under the age of 18, state-run Anadolu Agency reported on June 30.
Such products will have to be sold with a tag to be read easily, saying: "[It] should not be consumed together with alcohol, or mixed with it."

'Junk Food' Tax in Bulgaria Might Range from 3 to 78% - Health Min
Food containing high quantities of sugar, salt, caffeine or vegetable oil might be levied a tax ranging between 3 and 80 percent, Bulgaria's health and sports ministers said on Tuesday.

Bulgaria's Health Ministry plans to introduce a new tax of 3-10% on unhealthy food products and energy drinks.
"The tax rate will be determined by the health risk, be it caused by salt, sugar, trans-fatty acids, or the amount of caffeine or taurin in drinks," said Adam Persenski, Deputy Health Minister, as cited by Trud daily.

Cheapest water, most expensive coffee in Greece
According to a survey conducted by Omnibus for Britains Royal Mail comparing a number of holiday destinations, tourists in Greece pay the least for bottled still water but the most for a cup of coffee.
The survey concerns the prices tourists pay for certain services and products at popular holiday destinations.
