Ancient art as a key to understanding mental health
A visitor taking part in a new program launched by the Museum of Cycladic Art in Athens takes note during a tour of its permanent collection. Designed in cooperation with the University Mental Health Research Institute (UMHRI), the program of workshops raises awareness on mental health issues among teenagers and young adults through art.
Two vehicles destroyed overnight arson attack
An overnight arson attack destroyed two vans owned by private gas company.
No one was hurt in the incident which took place in the downtown Athens district of Kypseli around 1.45 a.m. Wednesday.
The motives for the attack were unclear.
Police have launched an investigation.

Factory fire shuts down highway
A big fire at a plastics factory in the northern Athens suburb of Metamorfossi has shut down the highway to Thessaloniki, as well as the Attiki Odos ring road, near its junction with the highway.
Early in the afternoon, the direction to the north was opened to traffic.
Tolls on the Attiki Odos open segment to the airport are free.
