Car bomb in Serbian town kills driver "with criminal record"
50-year-old Slobodan Trninic died on Tuesday morning in a car bomb explosion in Prnjavor, a small town near Sabac in western Serbia.
Belgrade-based Blic is reporting that the device was planted under his car, and that the explosion resulted in glass and parts of the vehicle ending up "40 meters away from the site."
Bomb Blast Injures At Least 10 in Izmir, Turkey
At least 10 people have been injured in a blast near the city court in the western city of Izmir, reported Reuters, citing Turkish media.
Local authorities reported the attack was carried out with a car bomb.

Two police officers were killed in a bomb attack on a police headquarters in the southeastern province of Gaziantep on the morning of May 1, Gov. Ali Yerlikaya has confirmed.

The real security flaw: Where is the PKK bomber?
Since the last Ankara attack we have been discussing the flaw in our security. Of course, we should be discussing a security flaw, as it had not even been a full month since the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) last attacked the capital city with another car bomb.

Car bomb explosion in Berlin. One dead (UPD:13:25)
(Update: 13:26) According to Newspaper ‘Bild’, the explsoion is not connected to terrorism, but most probably to organised crime. ‘Τagesspiegel’ newsapaper reports that according to eyewitnesses the dead person is the car driver, who died while trying to free himself from the flaming vehicle.

Blast Rocks Turkey's Capital City, Casualties Reported
Several people are feared dead after a blast rattled Kizilay district in the central part of Turkey's capital Ankara on Sunday evening, Anadolu Agency reported.
Several fire-fighting trucks and ambulances were seen rushing towards the area of the explosion, the Turkish news agency said.
