Vessel sinks off coast of Crete
A 40-meter-long vessel sank off the coast of southern Crete to a depth of at least 1,000 meters on Saturday.
The Malpas vessel was allegedly carrying what authorities believe was a suspicious cargo.
Its five crew members - all Syrian nationals - were rescued by port authorities and were reportedly in good health.

MFA Has No Information on Bulgarians Aboard Seized Ship in Iran
The Foreign Ministry has no official information on Bulgarian citizens, who were aboard the cargo ship, which was seized in Iran on Tuesday.
This was announced by the spokesperson of the ministry Betina Zhoteva in an interview for private NOVA TV on Wednesday.
