Two young men kill taxi driver "over high fare"
Taxi driver Cedomir Popovic from Sabac in western Serbia was murdered in his car on Monday "because he charged his passengers RSD 2,390."
Belgrade-based newspaper Vecernje Novosti reported this on Tuesday quoting his widow, Zorica Popovic.

Patient kills nurse in health center in Serbian town
A patient named as V.V. has attacked and fatally injured a nurse in the Health Center in the town of Sabac, western Serbia.
Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti is reporting that the man used a knife to stab the nurse.

BELGRADE - Serbia marks the World War I Armistice Day as its national holiday on Tuesday. The day commemorates Germany's capitulation that led to the cessation of WWI hostilities. The capitulation was signed in a railway carriage in Compiegne, France, on November 11, 1918 at 11:00 a.m.
