Austrian Chancellor and leader of the Austrian People's Party, Sebastian Kurz, announced the end of the coalition government with the Freedom Party of Austria after the resignation of Vice Chancellor Heinz-Christian Strache, announced by world agencies.

Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz classified US president's foreign policy as very successful. Kurz's statement is on the eve of his visit to Washington, where he will be on February 20th.

The Chancellor stated as the main purpose of his visit to help prevent a trade war.

Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz has welcomed the ratification by the Greek Parliament of a deal normalizing relations between Athens and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), calling it a "truly historical" event.

Reaching a compromise on the long-standing dispute will benefit people in both countries, Kurz said.
