Bulgarian PM Calls for Greater Media Freedom at Paris Unity Rally

Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov has attended the unity rally to commemorate the victims of the Charlie Hebdo attack and the subsequent dual hostage crisis, which was held in Paris on Sunday.

Borisov explained that the Charlie Hebdo shooting was different from other terrorist attacks around the world in that it targeted journalists and the freedom of speech, NOVA TV reports.

Greek PM to join French national unity rally in Paris on Sunday

Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras is expected to attend a French national unity rally in Paris on Sunday following an invitation from the country?s President Francois Hollande.

The peaceful march was organized in the aftermath of the Charlie Hebdo massacre in Paris last Wednesday in which 12 people were shot dead by French-Algerian brothers Cherif and Said Kouachi.
