Bakoyiannis slams decision to grant furlough to N17 hitman
Kostas Bakoyiannis, the Regional governor of Central Greece, decried on Tuesday a decision by prison authorities to grant a 48-hour prison leave to the jailed shooter of disbanded terrorist group November 17, who went on a two-week-long hunger strike.
Jailed N17 terrorist released from hospital
Jailed November 17 terrorist Dimitris Koufodinas, who had gone on a hunger strike for almost two weeks, was released from the Nikaia state hospital on Monday.
He was to be returned to Korydallos maximum security prison before he is granted his third 48-hour furlough.

Anarchist group tries to barge into ministry in support of N17 hitman
Twenty members of anarchist group Rouvikonas attempted to barge into the Citizens Protection Ministry on Monday morning but were prevented by the ministry's guards.
Police said in a press release the suspects were stopped at the outer perimeter of the building, on Kanellopoulou avenue, detained and transferred at the Attica Security Directorate.
