Putin wants peace?

Putin said that Russia has always sincerely sought to resolve every conflict, including Nagorno-Karabakh.
He invited all the leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to come to St. Petersburg before 2023.

Battling protests, Lukashenko says Putin agreed to help security of Belarus
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said he had secured a pledge from Russia to provide comprehensive assistance if needed to ensure the security of his country in a phone call with President Vladimir Putin on Aug. 15.

For the next year, he announced the first military exercise with China.
"We are cooperating with the NATO Alliance, but we are also cooperating with the CSTO (the Collective Security Treaty Organization made by former USSR countries) that do not ask us to give up part of the territory", Vulin said at the Serbian Parliament.
