The President of Russia, Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Putin will traditionally host the parade.

Among other things, he invited the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikola Pashinyan to hold a meeting in Russia.
Putin said that Russia has always sincerely sought to resolve every conflict, including Nagorno-Karabakh.
He invited all the leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to come to St. Petersburg before 2023.

"Unfortunately, what we talked about a lot during the past years has come true, it has become a reality. A genuine hybrid war has been waged against all of us. Ukraine is just a pretext.

Looks like Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to involve Belarus in his war against Ukraine.

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said he had secured a pledge from Russia to provide comprehensive assistance if needed to ensure the security of his country in a phone call with President Vladimir Putin on Aug. 15.   

For the next year, he announced the first military exercise with China.
"We are cooperating with the NATO Alliance, but we are also cooperating with the CSTO (the Collective Security Treaty Organization made by former USSR countries) that do not ask us to give up part of the territory", Vulin said at the Serbian Parliament.

Sleeper cells belonging to various terrorist organizations exist in more than 60 countries, even in Russia and other member nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), CIS Anti-Terrorism Center Head Vladimir Grigoryev said at a TASS press conference on Tuesday.

The exercise was held June 19-28 at the Rayevsky training ground in Russia's Novorossiysk region, the Serbian Ministry of Defense (MoD) has announced.

BELGRADE - Serbia is pursuing an independent foreign policy and remains committed to military neutrality, Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin said at a meeting with Lt Gen Yuri Khatchaturov, secretary-general of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO), on Thursday.

MOSCOW - Serbia is pursuing a policy of military neutrality and has no intention of becoming a member of either the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) or NATO, but has a "great desire" to deepen its cooperation with CSTO and all its members, Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin said on Monday.
