Community of Serb municipalities, Kosovo

PODGORICA - Serbia has honoured most of the Brussels Agreement, and now it is Pristina's turn to fulfil what has been signed - our views on this are the same as those of global powers, Serbian PM Ana Brnabic said on Wednesday.

First of all, Pristina must implement the Community of Serb Municipalities, said Brnabic, who is attending a US-Adriatic Charter summit in Podgorica.

BELGRADE - The format of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue might change and the talks will be shifted to the presidential level, but the essential issue is how both sides will implement the agreements reached, says Serbian European Integration minister Jadranka Joksimovic.

BRUSSELS - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said after meeting with Kosovo President Hasim Taci and EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini in Brussels on Monday that a resumption of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and implementation of existing agreements had been agreed.

SUBOTICA - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Wednesday said he believed Serbia would not be slowed down on its EU path as a result of Pristina's vows to never establish the Community of Serb Municipalities or public statements announcing certain actions.

The EU expects the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) to be formed as soon as possible, says a spokesperson to EU's foreign policy and security chief.

"The EU expects the relations between the two sides to normalize further and the Community (Association) of Serb Municipalities to be formed as soon as possible," Maja Kocijancic said, Tanjug reported.

According to Ramush Haradinaj, President Aleksandar Vucic and Acting PM Ivica Dacic "should apologize to Kosovo because of crimes committed during the war."
