Kuburovic added that after March 8, the text will be corrected in accordance with the objections it received and European standards, and then sent to the Venice Commission, which will provide an opinion.

The Venice Commission, an advisory body of the Council of Europe, will be involved in drafting recommended constitutional changes that it hopes will pave the way for judicial reform in Serbia in 2018. 

Professor Şükrü Karatepe, one of the president's advisors, recently spoke about the constitutional amendment that we will vote on in the referendum on April 17. "Perhaps we will implement it for three or five years. Then we'll take a look and if we see if it is working or not. If it is not, we'll get parliament to change it again," he said.

The new constitution being written by the ruling party will bring about a new definition for the role of the entire judiciary, including the Constitutional Court, the Turkish prime minister has said, adding they wouldn't allow any constitutional body to establish superiority over the will of the people.
