A panel on constitutionalism and Islam was held Saturday as a part of the 11th International Islam and Liberty Conference in Istanbul with the participation of dozens of academics from all around the world and former Turkish parliament speaker.

After presenting a review of what has been done, Radev read his message "for a new Bulgaria" and said that he and Yotova will run for presidency again, and how they will do it will "be clear within the term established by the law".

Turkey?s top judge has urged political leaders to protect the principle of separation of powers and to be careful of letting these powers go beyond their limits, in an indirect reference to the government?s efforts to renew the constitution and adopt a presidential system which would grant more authority to President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an.
