Hartmann: There was no genocide in Croatia
BELGRADE - No genocide was committed during the war in Croatia, and even Serbia and Croatia are aware of this, Florence Hartmann, a former spokesperson for the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, has said, adding that the two countries' mutual genocide lawsuits will be dropped by the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

ICJ hearing continues by interrogation of Croatian witnesses
THE HAGUE - The hearing continues on Tuesday before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the dispute between Serbia and Croatia on mutual suits for genocide committed in the territory of Croatia in the period from 1991 to 1995 by further presentation of arguments by the Croatian legal team, followed by cross-examination of witnesses proposed by Croatia.
Grotic: New evidence to back genocide suit against Serbia
THE HAGUE - Head of the Croatian legal team Vesna Crnic-Grotic said on Monday that Croatia will present its evidence during the hearing before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, which will include some new materials to support the claim that Serbia committed genocide in its territory in the period from 1991 to 1995.
Croatia did not exhume 400 known gravesites
BELGRADE - Coordination of the Serbian Associations of Families of Missing Persons from the territory of former Yugoslavia stated on Tuesday that the Zagreb government's insistence on resolution of the issue of missing persons in the past war is “insincere and hypocritical”, having in mind that the remains of 400 Serb victims have still not been exhumed from known gravesites in Croatia.
