THE HAGUE - Head of the Croatian legal team Vesna Crnic-Grotic said on Monday that Croatia will present its evidence during the hearing before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, which will include some new materials to support the claim that Serbia committed genocide in its territory in the period from 1991 to 1995.

BELGRADE - Coordination of the Serbian Associations of Families of Missing Persons from the territory of former Yugoslavia stated on Tuesday that the Zagreb government's insistence on resolution of the issue of missing persons in the past war is “insincere and hypocritical”, having in mind that the remains of 400 Serb victims have still not been exhumed from known gravesites in Croatia.

Serbian and Croatian officials insisted they wanted to leave the past behind but could not drop their lawsuits against each other, which begin next week at the International Court of Justice.
