The Navdhara India Dance Theater (NIDT) will perform for the first time in Turkey on May 23 at Istanbul's İş Sanat before appearing two days later at the Mersin International Music Festival.
Founded by acclaimed Indian choreographer Ashley Lobo, NIDT sets out to represent the flow of thought of a new, modern India. 

Eirini Papadopoulou, the sexy singer who decided to depart from the hit TV reality show “Survivor” posted a video on social media performing a sensual belly dance. The hot brunette traveled to Turkey to take part in Skai TV’s show called “Celebrity Travel” and slipped into a revealing outfit and flaunted her dance moves on camera.

Mustafa Erdoğan, the founder and general art director of Turkey's internationally acclaimed dance troupe, the Fire of Anatolia, said he had received offers to open dance schools abroad, adding that it was his dream to realize such a project. 

For the fifth consecutive time a Bulgarian horo will take place in the central square of Grand Place in Brussels, Focus News Reported.

 This year, the organizer of the event is the Bulgarian MEP from GERB/EPP Eva Maidel, who continues the tradition launched by Kristalina Georgieva, Deputy Chair of the European Commission (2014-2016).

The award-winning star of flamenco, Spanish star Rafael Amargo, will be on the stage at the 34th International Ankara Music Festival on April 22 with his show "Intimo." 

Expressing his pleasure at being in Turkey to perform, Amargo says he feels very comfortable in Turkey. 

Giorgos Roulos on bass, Vassiliki Tsimbouki on piano and Roman Gomez on guitar, piano and bandoneon, perform classic tango melodies at the cafe of the Numismatic Museum on Thursday, March 30, starting at 9 p.m. There is no admission fee but but there is a minimum one-drink purchase requirement.

Belgrade Dance Festival, set to be held between March 24 and April 11, raised massive interest after it was announced that Mikhail Baryshnikov would be venturing out to Belgrade. The Russian superstar is frequently termed one of the greatest ballet dancers to ever grace the stage.

French dance star Laurent Hilaire, the new artistic director of Moscow's renowned Stanislavsky Music Theatre ballet troupe, has vowed to expand its repertoire while preserving its rich traditions.

"This is an opera and ballet house with a certain history, culture and tradition," Hilaire, who took on the position in January, told AFP during a recent interview.

Six people were injured after fighting over who should lead the "halay" folk dance during a wedding ceremony in the southeastern province of Şanlıurfa on March 5.

The fight occurred in the Haliliye district's Kısas neighborhood's square. 

The Athens Concert Hall presents "The Magical World of the Bolshoi Theater," an exhibition showcasing exhibits from the renowned Moscow ballet company. The Bolshoi Theater was established in 1776. Going on display are costumes, scenery maquettes and other items.
