Largest data leak exposes 10 bln passwords
A massive dataset of almost 10 billion passwords has been shared on the dark Web in what is being called the largest password leak in history.
Dubbed "RockYou2024," the leak compiles passwords from both old data breaches from an earlier credentials database known as "RockYou2021," which featured 8.4 billion passwords, and around 1.5 billion new passwords.

Türkiye starts printing biometric passports
Türkiye has started printing its own biometric passports as of Aug. 29, the country's interior minister said at a press conference held at the site where the first "fully Turkish" passport was printed.
Süleyman Soylu gathered with journalists late on Aug. 29 at the General Directorate of Civil Registration and Nationality, an affiliate of his ministry, in the capital Ankara.
