The Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks (DKMP) issued fines amounting to a total of 1.25 million Turkish Liras over the violation of animal rights in 2015, Forestry and Water Affairs Minister Veysel Ero?lu said in a written statement on Feb. 10.

There is one justification, among others, for showing mercy to animals and protecting them:

"They have a mouth but not a tongue."

When they are hungry or sick, if they need care or if they need something else, they explain it to us with different behaviors.
