DHL Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Turkish parcel delivery company MNG Kargo and its subsidiaries.

MNG Kargo is one of the leading parcel delivery companies in Turkey, where the parcel and e­commerce market is growing rapidly, DHL said in a statement on July 25.

DHL said the crew was unharmed but one member was undergoing a medical review as a precaution

German logistics giant Deutsche Post DHL Group will continue its strong growth in Turkey, its CEO has said.

DHL Express has signed a memorandum of understanding with the operator of Istanbul's third airport, IGA, in a bid to make Turkey a regional logistic hub with around 60 million euros of investment, the company announced at a press meeting March 4.
