Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said today when he arrived for a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels that he was tasked with providing his country with only three things - weapons, weapons, weapons.

Some of the Russian troops stationed on the border with Ukraine are returning to their garrisons. This was reported by TASS and Interfax.

The official announcement of the Russian Ministry of Defense in Moscow is that they have already completed their exercises in the area.

"If Russian officials are serious when they say they don't want a new war, Russia must continue diplomatic engagement and pull back military forces it amassed along Ukraine's borders and in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine", Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Twitter.
"Diplomacy is the only responsible way," Kuleba added.

Blinken immediately warned that Russia could carry out the attack "in a very short time".
"As you all know, in the last few months we have been engaged in an intensive focus on Ukraine due to the significant accumulation of Russian forces we saw near the Ukrainian border," Blinken said in a conversation with Ukrainian diplomats at the US Embassy in Kiev, Reuters reports.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky has sought his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's help for the release of Ukrainian citizens detained by Russia, the Ukrainian foreign minister said on Sep. 30. 

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on June 20 praised Turkish drones saying Kyiv is buying them to defend itself.

Responding to reporters' questions on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Dmytro Kuleba said Ukraine is buying Turkish drones "because Turkish drones are very good."

Minister of Foreign Affairs Bogdan Aurescu will host in Bucharest the Romania - Poland - Turkey trilateral meeting on security, with his counterparts Zbigniew Rau and Mevlut Cavusoglu attending, the Foreign Ministry informs in a release on Wednesday.
