Former FBI agent convicted of spying for Russia, dies in prison
Robert Hanssen, a former FBI agent who took more than $1.4 million in cash and diamonds to trade secrets with Moscow in one of the most notorious spying cases in American history, died in prison Monday.

This was announced on Thursday by the chief state prosecutor in Karlsruhe.
"Arthur E. was arrested on Sunday in Munich after his return from the USA on the charge of participation in high treason," announced the Chief State Prosecutor's Office.

A former U.S. defense intelligence analyst who was convicted of spying for Cuba more than 20 years ago has been released from a federal prison in Fort Worth, Texas.
Ana Belen Montes, 65, was released Friday, Federal Bureau of Prisons spokesman Scott Taylor said Saturday.
