BELGRADE - Greek and Serbian PMs Alexis Tsipras and Aleksandar Vucic laid wreaths and flowers at the monument to Rigas Feraios in Belgrade on Wednesday.
Feraios was a Greek revolutionary, poet and national hero, and the forerunner and the first victim of the uprising against the Ottoman Empire.

Serbian and Greek PMs visit monument to Rigas Feraios
Serbian and Greek prime ministers Aleksandar Vucic and Alexis Tsipras on Wednesday laid wreaths at the monument to Rigas Feraios in Belgrade.
Rigas Feraios was a Greek revolutionary poet, national hero, the predecessor and the first victim of the uprising against the Ottoman Empire, the Serbian government said on its website.
