Bulgarian Health Experts Recommend Warm Water for Better Hydration in the Hot Days

Warm water is considered a key element for effective hydration and body cleansing, even during hot weather. Health experts in Bulgaria advise starting the day with a glass of warm water on an empty stomach and recommend consuming between 11 and 16 glasses of water throughout the day, depending on one's lifestyle and body needs.

In Belgium, one consumes 3793 calories a day, while our consumption is 2877 calories. In eating food, the Belgians headed the EU, followed by Austria with 3784 and Ireland - 3591 calories. France and Germany are respectively 3524 and 3539 calories (Italy is so much the same). For Bulgarians, the reception is almost as much as the Slovaks with 2902.

Believe it or not, excluding teetotallers the world's biggest drinkers are in Chad and the united Arab Emirates, consuming 33.9 and 32.8 liters of alcohol annually, according to the Lancet. This puts Brits far behind with just an average of 13.8 liters per year. Greeks just make it into the 10-15 litre category, drinking 10.3 liters of alcohol.
