Citizen services centers getting upgrade
Moving into a new era where Citizens Service Centers (KEP) offices can respond to modern needs, the Ministry of Interior is planning their radical overhaul with the ultimate goal of transforming them into "one-stop offices," so that citizens can complete their transactions in one visit.

Digital assistant for gov.gr
Citizens now have access to a digital assistant service that was launched on Tuesday, allowing them to search for information on almost any type of transaction with the state, through a voice or written command. This new application is based on artificial intelligence and is available through the gov.gr platform.

Tackling Bulgaria's Digital Literacy Gap: Minister's Urgent Call to Action
In a concerning revelation, E-Governance Minister Alexander Yolovsky highlighted that only 31% of Bulgarians possess basic digital literacy skills, trailing behind the average of 54%. Yolovsky, leading the Digital Decade Council, emphasized the urgency to propel rapid advancement in this sphere.

Bulgaria’s PM: I am not looking for War with Anyone
Bulgarian Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov insisted that he is not looking for war with any institution.
"I'm not looking for a war with anyone, on the contrary, we need calm - the government, in the political sense of the word, so that we can fulfill our program and people can start living better," he commented.
Tripadvisor-like system to evaluate state services
For the first time, citizens in Greece will be able to rate the quality of services provided by the state through an online evaluation system, according to an Interior Ministry for improving the efficiency of the civil service.
The platform will resemble Tripadvisor, through which customers evaluate restaurants or hotels based on the services they offer.

G-Cloud to shut down from 7 to 8 a.m. on Monday
Online public services will become unavailable for one hour on Monday due to an upgrade of the so-called Government Cloud (G-Cloud), said the Digital Governance Ministry's General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance.

Turkish Citizens’ Personal Data Offered Online After Govt Site Hacked

The hacked information that is being offered for free by the website in return for a membership signup includes ID numbers, phone numbers and information about people's family members.
More sensitive information, including full addresses, real estate deeds and education details, is being offered with a paid premium membership.
Gov.gr portal now available in English
Gov.gr, the state's digital portal, is now available in the English language.
The translation of the site facilitates the access of non-Greek-speaking residents to 1,547 online government services.
Gov.gr hosts every digital service that ministries, organizations, authorities and regional and municipal councils have put online.
