Eurovision disappointed by Kiev's decision to ban Russian contestant
The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) is deeply disappointed in Kiev's decision to ban Russian Eurovision contestant Yulia Samoilova from entering Ukraine, the union said in a statement published on the Eurovision website.
Romania Faces Eurovision Exit over ?10m Debt
Romanian Prime Minister Dacian Ciolos said on Monday that he was looking for ways to prevent his country's exclusion from Eurovision 2016 after the public broadcaster, TVR, announced that it owed the European Broadcasting Union , EBU, which runs the annual contest, over 10 million euros.
"We will have a discussion and we'll find a solution," Ciolos said.

Postponed Junior Eurovision Opening Ceremony Due on November 17
The postponed Opening Ceremony of Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 will take place this Tuesday in Bulgaria's capital Sofia, after having been postponed over the Paris attacks of last week.
The event will be held at the Bulgarian National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Sofia at 19:30 (local time).

Bulgarian National TV Begins Preparations for Hosting Junior Eurovision
The Bulgarian National Television (BNT) has began preparations for hosting the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015.
It was announced on Monday that the contest will take place on November 21 at the Arena Armeec Hall in Sofia.
Bulgaria to Host Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2015
Bulgaria will host the 2015 Junior Eurovision after the 2014 winners from Italy withdrew from the organization of the event, officials have confirmed.
In last year's competition, Bulgarian representatives Krisia, Hasan and Ibrahim charmed the European audience and came in second place, right behind Vincenzo Cantiello from Italy.
