BELGRADE - Official confirmations from countries that will take part in EXPO 2027 have started coming in, says the director of the EXPO 2027 enterprise Dusan Borovcanin, noting that Serbia's goal is to make the 93-day event in Belgrade one of the most successful specialised EXPOs ever.

From Kyiv to the Venice Biennale: Ukrainian artwork saved from war
On the day Russia invaded Ukraine, Maria Lanko loaded her car with several works of art and, like thousands of other Kyiv residents, headed west.
One of those pieces, a monumental installation by Ukrainian artist Pavlo Makov, was set to be displayed in Ukraine's pavilion at the Venice Biennale.
Delo welcomes favouring women at Venice Biennale 2022
Ljubljana – This year’s Venice Biennale, which will be held between 23 April and 27 November, will promote female artists, as more than 90% of works presented there will be created by women, the newspaper Delo says in Saturday’s front-page commentary. Since female artists remain largely marginalised this is a welcome move, the paper says.
