Theatre and film actress Eugenia Bosanceanu died at 93, the Theater Union of Romania (UNITER) informs.
"On Christmas Eve, great theatre and film actress Eugenia Bosanceanu left us, at the age of 93," reads a UNITER Facebook post.

Young boy dies after accidental hanging
A 6-year-old boy who accidentally hung himself with a dog collar while playing at his home in Faliro, southern Athens, on Tuesday died on Wednesday while in a hospital intensive care unit.
The boy's mother told Skai TV that he had climbed on a table which he had placed on his bed and put the collar, which he had hung from a hook on the ceiling, around his neck.

Nightmare Before Christmas | Athens | December 15 & 16
The Athens State Orchestra performs the score penned by Danny Elfman for Tim Burton's iconic 1993 stop-motion animated musical dark fantasy film "The Nightmare Before Christmas," which will be screened simultaneously with Greek supertitles, at the Athens Concert Hall on December 15 and 16. The show starts at 9 p.m. on Saturday and 5 p.m. on Sunday, and tickets cost 17, 22 and 27 euros.
Harry Potter in concert at Zorlu PSM
As part of the "Movies in Concert" series, the fourth film of the Harry Potter phenomenon, "Harry Potter and The Goblet Of Fire," will be at Zorlu PSM on May 29 and 30, 2019 accompanied by live orchestra.
