Three Finnish large Finnish news channels – MTV3, HS and YLE – are all reporting that Finland wants Greece out of the Eurozone. The usually outspoken Finnish FinMin Alexander Stubb did not make a statement on his arrival. The right-wing, euro-sceptic True Finns that are coalition partners in the new Finnish government are pushing for a Grexit.

Timo Soini, the Finns Party leader and possible new finance minister of Finland, said on Friday it would make sense for Greece to leave the euro zone.

Finland?s election is a clear call for politicians to stop arguing over the fate of Greece and instead turn their attention to their own economic troubles.

That?s according to Olli Rehn, the former European Union economics chief and a member of the Center Party that won Sunday?s election.

Juha Sipila, a former IT businessman who headed the Center Party a few years ago, is set to win Finland's general poll held Sunday.

An official projection by public broadcaster YLE suggests Siplia's Center Party is likely to get 46 seats, while the National Coalition Party of PM Alexander Stubb will have 37 seats in the 200-strong Parliament.

Polls suggest the center-right opposition could defeat conservative National Coalition Party in the vote that is being held across Finland on Sunday.

Finnish Prime Minister Alexander Stubb has argued the next government in Helsinki should bear in mind the option to seek NATO membership.

Upon taking office last year after the resignation of Jyrki Katainen, Stubb had ruled out any prospect that his cabinet might take such a step, even though some media reports suggested otherwise.

Jyrki Katainen, who has resigned as Finnish Prime Minister, is to replace EU Economic Affairs Commissioner Oli Rehn who was elected to be MEP in May.

This is an interim office for Katainen, who will stand down in October when the new Commission is to be appointed, Finnish broadcaster YLE reports.

Alexander Stubb, Finland's incoming Prime Minister wants to take his country into NATO, Finnish media outlets report.

Stubb, who was also elected Chairman of the National Coalition Party (NCP), will take the Prime Minister's office until next parliamentary elections scheduled for 2015.
