CHP disapproves of US-led strikes on Syria without chemical weapons use evidence
Turkey’s social democrat opposition party has said it disapproved the military strike carried out by the United States-led Western powers into Syria without solid evidence that chemical weapons were used by the Syrian regime and has urged the Turkish government to follow a cautious policy in the Middle East.

The US, UK and France have launched strikes "on targets associated with the chemical weapons capabilities" in Syria, US President Donald Trump announced early on Saturday.
The strikes come after a suspected chemical weapons attack in the former rebel stronghold of Douma last weekend.

US and Russia could set Middle East on fire, warns Ankara
Turkish Defense Minister Nurettin Canikli told this to 24TV on Wednesday, TASS is reporting.
"If an attack occurs against the forces (in Syria) backed by Russia or there is an attack by the US-supported forces, Russia won't be able to stay away, otherwise it will lose its influence. So, serious clashes may start," he said.
