'Dad, Send Me to School' named best corporate social responsibility project

The "Dad, Send me to School" (BBOG) project has been picked as the best corporate social responsibility project in a study carried out by German GfK research institute and Capital business magazine.

According to the traditional "Corporate Social Responsibility Project Research" by GfK and Capital, BBOG became the most successful project in the eyes of the Turkish public.

Ancient city Magnesia in western Turkey submerged once again

The ancient city of Magnesia, where excavations have been ongoing for 30 years, remains underwater after rainfall over the weekend submerged parts of the excavated site. 

Located in the western province of Ayd?n's Germencik district, the 3rd century B.C. ancient city has turned into a lake with due to heavy rainfall and groundwater in the surrounding area. 

Crash in Turkey's west kills seven, five from same family

Seven Turkish people, five of them from the same family, have died in a car crash in the Aegean province of Ayd?n.

The seven, including five members of the Süngül family, died after their car veered off the road and plunged over a cliff in the Atyaylas? area of Ayd?n's Bozdo?an district at around 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 24.
